Practicing yoga at home has never been easier, Carla's online yoga studio provides a flexible and convenient way to practice yoga from home.  Join a community of like-minded people and experience the transformative power of yoga.  Classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogi with a variety of styles and are led by Carla.  
Practice with Carla in all level group yoga that has both a clear structured approach needed to provide guidance, a variety in the yoga experience while laying important foundations for a long term development of your yoga practice. 
Class recording links are provided to students unable to attend.

Morning Vinyasa Yoga

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 
7 AM Saskatchewan time
$108 / month based upon 12 sessions per month
Drop in Rate: $10 / session

Evening Yin Yoga

Every Monday and Wednesday 
7:45 PM Saskatchewan time
$76 / month based upon 8 sessions per month
Drop in Rate: $10 / session
