You will need a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Props such as blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, or leopard or other animal pattern yoga tights may be suggested but are not mandatory.
What if I miss a Zoom class?
Carla sends out links to video recordings of her online classes that can be accessed by students who miss a practice. You can still practice at your own pace on your own terms.
What kind of space do I need to practice Yoga?
To practice yoga at home, all you really need is a quiet and clutter-free space with enough room for your yoga mat. You can create a special ambiance by lighting candles, or incorporating any other elements that help you feel relaxed and focused. By dedicating this space to your yoga practice, you'll have a consistent and convenient way to maintain your physical and mental well-being.
